NEWLY FORMED ALD LIGHTING DESIGN JOINS AMA'S GROWING PORTFOLIO OF SERVICES!
We are very excited to share the news that John Martin has joined AMA to lead a new Architectural Lighting Practice under the banner of ALD Lighting. ALD has been established as a separate business unit to maintain its own identity, while also adding an important new service to AMA’s current portfolio of services. John continues his work with a variety of clients - architects, owners, and developers. Lighting design simplifies a complex area of the built environment while adding value to projects and teams, all while providing outstanding client service.
John Martin has a proven 25-year track record in the lighting design business. After receiving his Master’s Degree from the University of California in the mid-90’s, John embarked on a lighting design career, with the past 15+ years having been spent as part of the senior leadership at KGM Architectural Lighting in Los Angeles, where he worked on many successful marquis projects, such as (1) UCLA Training Center (home of LA Lakers), Los Angeles, CA, (2) Roberts Pavilion at Claremont McKenna College, Claremont, CA, (3) Drinkward Residence Hall at Harvey Mudd College, Claremont, CA, (4) Tutt Library at Colorado College, Colorado Springs, CO, (5) Social Media company event space, Santa Monica, CA, (6) Hall Arts Hotel, Dallas, TX, (7) Limelight Hotel, Snowmass, CO, (8) Company 3 Postproduction, NYC and (9) Yale Club Rooftop Dining, NYC.
